This magnificent sinner all in good nature comes directly from the island of Djerba in southern Tunisia, and more specifically from the El Houch cooperative workshop, which has become a mecca for raku, this Japanese enameling technique from the 16th century.
It is a piece of great beauty, entirely shaped by hand by the great artist Mohamed Ben Abdallah, who has decided to open the doors of his social and solidarity enterprise to all those who wish to learn the art of ceramics and raku in general.
We will regularly offer you El Houch pieces.
